That time again!

So, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving break, although after acquiring a dog, I think we may just need a full size van or travel trailer. How are we ever going to fit another baby in the car? Really, Tiller (our most recent addition) takes up most of the room :) So, now that Thanksgiving is over, we are thinking about our Christmas cards again. This year we're planning on using Shutterfly's cards http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/christmas-photo-cards. We've used Shutterfly before and had great luck, but they also have really cute ones and great deals! We've typically sent photo cards like this, http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery and then we've also ordered calendars for the family the last two years, http://www.shutterfly.com/calendars/wall-calendars, but I think we'll actually send the traditional cards this year. There's so many cute ones though, it's hard to narrow it down to one :) I would really like to incorporate a picture of all the family, including the newest Hazel and Tiller. So, I'll probably use a card like this...

I really like how you can tell your story on the inside this particular card. We haven't taken any family photos recently so, it will be great to just use random pictures of us for the card.

We should be getting a picture of the newest Hazel this Wed, so I don't have it share now, but here's a picture of our other new addition, Tiller.

We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We'll have more pictures to come.

Halloween

Halloween was a hit this year! First we headed over to our neighbors, which they had a pumpkin pre filled with candy. Then we headed off to church for the Harvest Festival. It was so nice to have it all in one place. Haley really enjoyed all the games too! So after the festival, we decided to visit a couple of other neighbors. Haley was so excited, after we got home, she was planning her next "treating". I think she thought we were going the next night. For the next few days, she kept planning out her "treating". She said she was going to walk all by herself, and that mommy could hold baby brother's hand and daddy could walk all by himself. She is very considerate of "little brother" so far :)

Pumpkin Patch at School

So, today I joined Haley for their annual pumpkin activities at school. This year she wore her costume, which is kitty cat. She even has a little tail, but you can't see it. We also have a really cute bag grandma spent lots of time making, but we didn't need it today (no candy). So, they decorated cookies, took pictures, and read a story. It was fun to be with her, and I know she liked the cookies, but I think more than anything, she really liked me coming to her class with her. I love being able to do these things! Thank you so much Bryan!!!!

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend we went to the Love Creek Orchard in Medina for their pumpkin patch. Haley had a lot of fun. She was able to feed the animals, ride the "train" twice, and even ride a pony! Thank you Jerry for the pictures!

Jet Ski & School

Haley on picture day at school. Mom made the dress (with a little help from GiGi) and bow. She just looked so cute in them. Thank you mom and GiGi!

So, here's how our day at the river ended on the ol' jet ski. We're still working out the kinks. In the mean time, Bryan purchased a paddle to keep with us on the jet ski, in case it happens again :) Luckily this gentleman, on a slightly newer yamaha, was nice enough to tow Bryan back to the dock.

More San Antonio

Our friends, Susan and Jeff met us at the Rain Forest Cafe, and then we headed over to the zoo to ride the train. Haley loves the train! Thanks so much Susan and Jeff for meeting us, we had a great time, and need to do it more often!

Later that weekend, we took the jet ski out for a spin. Haley & Dad swimming.

SA part 2

More museum pictures.. The museum has a special program for toddlers on Friday's so we were able to do that while we were there. It just happened to be painting, one of Haley's favorite things to do! After the museum we went to the Rainforest Cafe. It was neat, but probably not the best thing to do after all the excitement of the Children's Museum.
