More San Antonio

Our friends, Susan and Jeff met us at the Rain Forest Cafe, and then we headed over to the zoo to ride the train. Haley loves the train! Thanks so much Susan and Jeff for meeting us, we had a great time, and need to do it more often!

SA part 2

More museum pictures.. The museum has a special program for toddlers on Friday's so we were able to do that while we were there. It just happened to be painting, one of Haley's favorite things to do! After the museum we went to the Rainforest Cafe. It was neat, but probably not the best thing to do after all the excitement of the Children's Museum.

San Antonio part 1

Friday, we took a little mini vacation to San Antonio. We started the day off with donuts, as I needed to bring some for MOPS, since I had to get them anyway, we might as well eat some too :) After donuts, we headed off to San Antonio for the Children's Museum. It was so nice, and so fun. Haley loved it. HEB had a grocery store just for kids, where they can put things in their buggy and pay for them. When I first asked Haley if she wanted to go to the grocery store she said "I don't get in the buggy". They even had a check out stand that worked, with a scanner and touch screen. Galveston

Kristi invited us to the beach with her and her family, which was so much fun! It was a great mini vacation while hanging out with my best friend! Thank you so much for having us!

Popsicles from the ice cream truck...I don't think I've ever seen so many in such a short period of time, but it was definitely a nice treat, thanks Stan.

Corpus

We went to spend the weekend with the Evertons this past weekend. We had a great time. Thanks for having us! Before we even left, we told her about their dog Boudreaux, and she would say "he's cute" and "I pet him". I am not sure what Haley enjoyed most, Boudreaux or the beach. Saturday we went to Corpus. It was really nice. You can't tell by the pictures, but it was really crowded despite the sea weed.
